Announcements

Tobacco Settlement Checks are in the mail to our clients. The Engle Trust Fund has released $216 million of the $600 million in partial satisfaction of Tobacco Claims that were validly filed. We have issued payments to all of our clients who were awarded disbursements. Please call us at 888-91-SMOKE should you have any questions regarding payments, probate, or final closing statements.

We anticipate the Engle Trust Fund releasing the remaining $386 million by month’s end. If that deadline is met by Engle Trust Fund we will have checks to our clients prior to the Christmas Holidays. However, we cannot issue final payment until we receive the final disbursement. We are honored to serve you and welcome the opportunity to represent you in any future claims that may arise.
