Heather A. Harmer
Heather Ann Harmer is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, Heather lived in both Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Central Florida for over a decade before calling Gainesville her permanent home. At the University of Central Florida, Heather was a member of the Burnett Honors College and completed an Honors in the Major Thesis on the topic of Congressional Incivility. While attending the Levin College of Law, Heather served as both a Teacher’s Assistant and Research Assistant. She was also chosen to serve as a Pupil Member of the James C. Adkins, Jr. American Inn of Court. Heather has worked as a clerk for the Director of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Hearing Officer Program and a Certified Legal Intern with the Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic. Heather is a licensed member of the Florida Bar as well as a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
